When booking Isabella, please observe and follow the booking conditions below:
We require a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit at time of booking
When booking online a NON REFUNDABLE deposit of £250.00 is required to secure your special day
Your final balance will be required to be paid in full 4 weeks before your special day
Last minute bookings will require full payment at time of placing your booking
We operate the Challenge 25 policy which means if a person looks under the age of 25 they will be asked to prove that they are over 18 to purchase or be served with alcohol from Isabella.
Unfortunately in the event of a cancellation all monies paid are non refundable
On hiring our glass ware a £50.00 deposit will be required to cover any breakages or loss, a £2.00 charge will be deducted per glass for loss or breakage. The remaining deposit will be returned to you within 7 working days after your event.

How long do we take to set up?
We work on about an hour as we like to be relaxed and introduce ourselves to you and your chosen environment.
Can we just rock up to an event?
No, we need at least 14 days notice for relevant licenses.
Can we serve any where?
Yes we can with the relevant licence.
What do we serve our fizz in?
We use recyclable champagne flutes.
Do we supply non alcoholic drinks?
Yes we do.
Are our drinks chilled?
Do we serve under 18s with alcohol?
